The Kardashian-Jenner clan has negotiated several remarkable maneuvers in the California real estate market in recent years, and Kylie Jenner is just the latest member to seal an impressive deal.

Jenner, who has established a name for herself as a makeup and fashion guru, recently sold her Hidden Hills home for $5.275 million, just under the asking price. The Traditional Los Angeles-area home stretches to just over 5,150 square feet, and rests on more than three acres.

Built in 2012, the single-story house features an extended covered porch, and a cozy but modern interior aesthetic. Notable features include stacked stone, raw timber, wainscoting, wide-plank flooring, beamed ceilings, and a beautiful great room with a wet bar and fireplace.

The home holds four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and exterior features include a swimming pool and spa, a covered patio, a pool house, and lush green lawns.

In July, Jenner sold another California property for $3.15 million.
