Actor-producer David Arquette has listed his Point Dume mobile home for $1.8 million.

Forget what you might think when you hear “mobile home” because Arquette’s unique digs are seriously stylish, very hip, and located in a guard-gated park in Malibu. The Los Angeles-area home was completely renovated in 2012 and holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The flashy mobile home is ultra modern with exterior walls of gray corrugated material and a multi-car carport. Inside, the open-plan dwelling features several sets of glass sliders offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

Accents like dark hardwood floors, crisp white walls, white subway tiles, and black hexagonal bathroom floor tiles add an air of luxury to the small space.
