“Raiders of the Lost Ark” actor Alfred Molina has just listed his Los Angeles-area home for $2.95 million.

Molina and his wife Jill Gascoine recently moved to the La Cañada Flintridge area of L.A., so it should come as no surprise that the couple is selling their Sunset Square home. Built in 1919, the Mediterranean-style villa stretches to 4,420 square feet.

Located a street above Sunset Boulevard, the four-bedroom home boasts a number of charming features that include a library with a stained glass window and extensive built-ins, French doors, oak floors, exposed brick accents, and Saltillo tile. The master suite features a private balcony, a well-proportioned walk-in closet, and built-in wardrobes.

While there isn’t a pool on the property, there is a quaint stone terrace and garden area for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The property also incorporates a self-sufficient guest apartment.

In recent years, Molina has been busy lending his voice to films like “Dragons: Race to the Edge” and “Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero.” He received a 2017 Emmy nomination for his role on “Feud,” and plays a lead role in this year’s ‘Breakable You’; the film also stars Holly Hunter and Tony Shalhoub, making for a distinguished lineup.
