In honor of the luxury automaker’s 60th anniversary of its 1-2 run at Le Mans, Aston Martin is building 60 special Heritage Racing Editions of the Vantage coupe. As expected, expert tuners at Crafted by Aston’s inventive “Q” division undertook the new project.

Each of the bespoke vehicles takes inspiration from one of Aston Martin’s iconic race cars. Fans of the brand will recognize six distinct custom looks honoring the automaker’s history. Collectively, the series represents the full course of Aston’s history in the sport.

For example, the red racer boasts “The Italian Progettista” lettering and pays homage to the Ulster, which was considered one of Aston Martin’s most recognizable pe-war racecars. More modern tributes like the “David Brown Era” Vantage feature less traditional colors; in this case, bright neon green.

Additionally, each of the special-edition vehicles will boast the new aero kit which Aston offers as an option for Vantage customers. The kit adds a track-ready look to the model.
