The experts of bling at accessories specialist Caviar are at it again. This time around, the foundation is the new Apple Vision Pro ‘spatial computer.’ Caviar calls their version the CVR Edition of the techy toy.

The company took the VR and AR headset, which either immerses in the entirely fictional or merges what is with what might be, and gave it a veneer in its house style. The result might suggest an AR enhancement all by itself.

Caviar’s materials, as always, are the finest available. Gold, in and of itself, isn’t terribly interesting, as the character Howard, from Treasure of the Sierra Madre, demonstrated. However, in the hands of Caviar’s designers, who cite Gucci as an inspiration, the neo and liberal 18k coating becomes a means of entering the augmented or virtual world, and in that ‘fashion’ the company’s Vision Pro mask is aptly representative, even symbolic.

The rest of the mask is revised with fine English leather, some very comfortable-looking foam, a bit of rubber for flexibility, and a graphic matrix that continues the gold theme and suggests the work of a flashy fashion house.
