It took a little more than a month for NBA champ Andre Iguodala to sell his Alameda County house. Iguodala—who has made a professional move to the East Coast courtesy of a $30 million contract extension—put the property up for sale early last month with an ask of $3.9 million. It sold for $3.65 million.

The house is designed in the contemporary Tuscan style, and features a gracefully sculptural foyer with a curving staircase and second-floor balcony. The 5,716 sq. ft. of interior living space is distinguished by a flashy treatment, with cool tones, with hardwood and stone tile floors adding a little textural earthiness. The coffered ceiling in the open kitchen-dayroom-family room progression and the master bedroom’s twin chandeliers are two of the home’s more remarkable features.

A pergola-covered patio is the highlight of the exterior living area; it gives way to a pool and spa, a sports court and a putting green.
