The Spanish Eclectic-style dates to the delirious year of 1927, and features the expansive massing and luxuriously asymmetrical, detail-rich eccentricity of the best Spanish-style homes of the era.

The home is protected by a stucco privacy wall. Behind it the last hundred years might not have yet accumulated, so faithfully has the home’s atmospheric spirit been sustained. Terra cotta tile, some hand painted, as well as period sconces and what appears to be an original front door make an intriguing preamble.
