New Disney chief Bob Chapek listed his estate in Camarillo this month; he’s asking $3.5 million for it.

The 6,088 square-foot house contains six bedrooms and seven baths. It’s located within the Lexington Hills development, and sits on 20 acres of land.

The large parcel allows for the home to incorporate a lengthy and very romantic preamble for its living style: a long driveway that winds through tree-lined grounds and crosses a small bridge before concluding at the motor court.

The home is Mediterranean-rustic. It features stucco, stacked stone accents, and the softening influence of abundant arches. The interiors are very warm, and boast glossy hardwood floors, stone tile floors, fireplaces, and exposed beams, and amenities include a wet bar, a home theater, and an owner’s suite.

The grounds are laid out beautifully. Covered loggies, patios, stone walkways, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, greenhouse, a deck, and an infinity pool and spa are among the highlights of the exterior living areas.

Chapek succeeds Bob Iger as CEO of The Walt Disney Company. Iger’s net worth is in the neighborhood of $700 million.
