Actor Josh Radnor has a new house in Los Feliz to call home. Radnor paid about $3 million for the cozy Spanish-style, which is packed with period details.

The stucco-walled house dates to the 1920s; its living style is intensely romantic. Entering the home, one is met by a staircase with tile risers and wrought-iron balustrade, terra-cotta tile floors, a series of arched entries that open up the rest of the home, and—unusually—a stenciled ceiling at the top of the stairs.

The living room sports a carved stone fireplace, narrow-plank oak, and exposed timber ceiling trusses, while the master bedroom sports a private covered balcony that could charm the stripes off a tiger. The exterior living spaces are similarly intoxicating, with the tropical flora and fountain feature creating a meditation garden, and a small courtyard and patio that have survived the decades intact.
