Multitalented French musician David Guetta has secured a tenant for his luxurious Miami penthouse for $18,000 a month.
The DJ/music producer/songwriter purchased the Paraiso Bay unit about five years ago. Last year, he picked up another Miami Beach penthouse at Setai Hotel for $9.5 million, and is presumably using that as a primary residence. One penthouse too many, as it were.
The rental PH sits at the top of a two-tower complex. Renters and dreamers are likely to be taken with the unit, both for its views of the Biscayne Bay, and for its contemporary styling by Italian designer Piero Lissoni; a minimalist white look is amped up with the addition of mid-century accents for a truly hip yet timeless interior style.
The three-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence spans 2,387 square feet, and features a layout centered by a great-room style main living space. Seamless flow from the living room with its floor-to-ceiling windows to the sleek kitchen with its massive marble island keeps the unit feeling slickly modern.
This is Miami, after all, so even in the sky outdoor living is essential. The unit boasts plenty of balcony space, and its crowning feature: a 2,121-square-foot rooftop terrace with a barbecue, lounge, and plunge pool.
