Rams QB Jared Goff Ready to Pass the Keys in L.A. for $1.8M

L.A. Rams quarterback Jared Goff is hoping to score a little victory in the real estate market. He recently listed his Agoura Hills home for $1.8 million. He paid $1.6 million for the home two years ago.

The Los Angeles-area ranch home was built in 1989, but has since been renovated with a light and modern aesthetic. The overall feel is fairly innocuous and somewhat undefined, but living spaces find a nice expression through a wide-open floor plan, and high ceilings, several fireplaces, and distressed wood floors give the home a classically conservative suburban look.

The 4,315-square-foot home contains five bedrooms. The spacious kitchen is a winner, with a large center island with a built-in wine chiller; ideal entertaining guests before moving into the game room.

The Oak Park property’s half-acre is lushly landscaped with green hedges and mature trees; plenty of privacy. A covered patio brings barbecue into play, and a nicely-designed lagoon-style swimming pool and a spa fill out the lot.

Goff was one of eight Rams players to make it to this year’s Pro Bowl.
