Actress Lauren German has found a buyer for her San Fernando Valley ranch home.

After reducing the listing price of her Los Angeles-area Valley Village home to $1.7 million, it quickly received an offer. The “Lucifer” star first purchased the three-bed, three-bath residence for $1.512 million back in July 2015.

Built in 1936, the renovated home boasts a mix of classic features and modern styling. A number of skylights and wood flooring throughout blends well with a minimalist aesthetic complete with white walls and metallic gold fixtures.

In addition to a beautiful country kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and Carrara marble countertops, the home also boasts a large master suite with a luxurious ensuite marble bathroom. The backyard impresses too with a heated pool and a spa with a waterfall.

German hit it big with her role in “A Walk to Remember” and has since gone on to appear on TV and in films like “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” and “Hostel: Part II.”
