Ranger Ryan McDonagh has recently listed his NYC apartment for $5.75 million.

Interestingly, the NHL player is one of Taylor Swift’s neighbors in the celebrity-packed Sugar Loaf Condominium in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York. The three-bedroom space boasts features like massive windows, exposed brick, and rustic beam ceilings.

McDonagh’s apartment comes with a large dining/living room area, a modernly appointed kitchen with custom white cabinetry and an oversized breakfast bar, a master suite complete with a soaking tub in the bathroom, and a washer and dryer in unit.

The Rangers captain is also a member of the United States Olympic team and competed in the red, white, and blue in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. The former Wisconsin Badger has been an NHL All-Star twice, including this season and has spent his entire NHL career with the Rangers.

Swift will be the new occupant’s neighbor once her unit’s renovations are completed. She is combining the top two floors of the building into an enormous penthouse.
