Ulysse Nardin’s new limited edition Classic Sonata watch is something a little unusual. It is an alarm watch boasting a dual-time function that slides into the Classic collection of watches coming from the Swiss brand.

Packed inside the 44mm stainless steel case is Ulysse Nardin’s in-house UN-67 automatic caliber that has a power reserve of 42 hours. Just like the majority of the maker’s other modern movements, it has a multitude of silicon components.

Other facets of the watch powered by the above movement include the aforementioned dual-time function, the alarm feature, and an easily readable date complication situated near the 4 o’clock.

The Classic Sonata also features a titanium bezel and caseback paired with metallic blue dial that is partially striped in the center to help offset the two subdials.

Ulysse Nardin has limited the production of the Classic Sonata to only 99 editions, with each fetching a $28,000 price tag.
