Lisa Vanderpump of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and “Vanderpump Rules” fame gave her daughter, Pandora, a pretty great birthday gift recently when she presented her and her husband Jason Sabo with a downpayment on a custom furnished Los Angeles-area home.

The ruse was that Pandora was on the way to a dinner party, and when she got there, the 30-year-old found out she was a homeowner.

‘This was a gift to both of them to celebrate 5 years of marriage and both of their 30th birthdays,” said Lisa Vanderpump. “But they do now have a mortgage, so this is a gift that definitely comes with responsibilities!”

The home boasts an open concept living and dining area with a giant outdoor entertaining area complete with a pool and courtyard. It came fully furnished as Lisa and her husband, Ken Todd, asked Pandora interior design questions for a few months to make sure her new home was perfect.
