The world’s first Baccarat Hotel recently opened its doors in New York City.

Everything about the Baccarat Hotel is as luxurious as you might expect, from the lobby with interactive LED lighting to the main floor designed by Gilles & Boussier, complete with an eye-catching check-in desk.

The Petit Salon has multiple chandeliers and offers high-end furniture for guests to relax on. If you find the Petit Salon too petite for your taste, you can step into the Grand Salon: It’s essentially a more spacious version with some added elegance. The Bar has a design inspired by Paris and features an impressive collection of art hanging on the walls.

Outside each guestroom, you’ll find a unique piece of art featuring Harcourt glass stemware. Baccarat brought together 12 artists to create the unique pieces that adorn each entrance. When you are done looking at the stemware you can relax in a king-size bed. The rooms’ design was inspired by both French and Manhattan contemporary design.

Room rates start at $729 per night.
