Aesthetically, laser-illuminated tail lamps and bolder headlights sharpen the visage. Model-specific touches include matte chrome and mesh intakes for the 430i, and gloss black accents with M badging adorning the potent M440i. A sleek Cape York Green metallic joins the palette.

Powering the 430i is BMW’s boosted 2.0L four-cylinder, upgraded with innovations like redesigned combustion chambers yet retaining its 255 hp and 295 lb-ft outputs. The inline-six in the M440i sees a complete overhaul, gaining electrified mild-hybrid assistance to boost total system output to 386 hp and 398 lb-ft.
