About a year ago, actress Kaley Cuoco was signing papers to take ownership of Taylor Lautner’s home in Agoura Hills. This month, Cuoco listed the four-bedroom, nine-acre gated property for sale with a $6.25 million asking price.
Occupying a quiet and large corner of a hilly landscape, the 2020-built property has plenty of room to expand and incorporate a large outdoor living area while sustaining a secluded feel. The centerpiece of the spot is a large zero-edge pool, although the layout places a fire pit at a fair remove, establishing a park-like sense of space for leisurely wandering.
