Vinny Guadagnino, alum of MTV’s long-running reality hit Jersey Shore, bought into a loft condo in Manhattan this summer. The unit in the 2019-built development went to Guadagnino for $3.5 million, according to public records. It is one of 54 in the building, which is positioned in the southeastern corner of Hudson Square near West Soho.

The condo’s layout is split, with a pair of bedroom suites; the primary gets the corner location, of course, with views from Lower Manhattan uptown readily available through floor-to-ceiling glass panes. Details that can be spotted in the residence include herringbone tile floors in the bathrooms — one of the pair gets black, the other off-white — as well as honey-toned plank hardwood and, in the kitchen, Calacatta marble and lightly-stained hardwood cabinetry.

The building makes use of a cube motif in its greater design and decorative touches. Amenities include a yoga studio, a garden, and a private lounge with a game room.

Guadagnino currently stars in Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
