Matt Roloff, patriarch figure of agrarian reality program Little People, Big World, has put 16.46 acres of his family’s land — and the farmhouse heart of Roloff Farm, in the family for decades — up for sale. The turnkey business is located in a postcard-worthy corner of Hillsboro, Oregon, and priced at $4 million on the nose.

The property provided the backdrop for the show, and includes the barn, partially transformed into a working television production studio, and the gift shop and farm stand that provided one source of income for the family. It also includes the less typical recreational amenities of the farm, which are very familiar to the show’s viewers: a western town, a pirate’s ship, a medieval castle, and four other installations.

As listed, the property comes with five bedrooms and six baths across 5,374 sq. ft. of interiors. The heart of the main house is a great room with a soaring cathedral ceiling finished in pine plank, a catty-corner stacked stone fireplace accent wall (the stone makes another appearance as a defining partial between kitchen and dining room), and a wall of glass panels that opens to a patio.

The installations are scattered throughout the acreage, and linked by a network of walking paths and bridges.
