The long stay on the open market of one of greater Los Angeles’ more flamboyant homes came to an end last month when the lush San Gabriel Valley estate of In-N-Out restaurant chain owner Lynsi Snyder found a new owner.

Snyder listed the 2010-built mansion for the first time in 2017. At the time, she was hoping for $19.8 million. By this past November, the house was listed at $16.8 million. The 11-bed, 13-bath property finally closed at $16.25 million in the days before Christmas.

The estate’s main house spans 18,687 sq. ft. It’s an opulent home, with Corinthian columns flanking its grandiose double-door entryway, which opens into a two-level foyer illuminated by sidelights and clerestory windows. Interior details include milled plaster, chandeliers, exposed beams and stone tile floors.

Topping the list of specialty rooms on this estate are a sauna, a theater, a wood-paneled office, a game room, and a fitness room. The outdoor living spaces represent a large percentage of this property’s appeal, and include a large loggia, an outdoor kitchen, a fire patio, a pool house, a putting green, and a cabana. The guest house on the estate brings the accommodations total to 11 bedrooms and 13 baths.

Snyder’s net worth is around of $4 billion.
