Paramore founding member and lead singer Hayley Williams listed a quaint suburban spot in Nashville earlier this month and saw it into pending status a few days later. The 1931-built home measures 2,137 sq. ft. and is priced at a million on the nosey.

The three-bedroom, two-bath single-family house features an exterior in blue brick; a soft green front door and the landscaping makes for a fine contrast. Inside the home, a charming living style emerges through a combination of bright white paint, plank oak and the occasional Tudor arch. The living room sports an ornamental window and a fireplace that riffs on Gothic; the dining room is decorated with a blue pattern covering on its ceiling.

Other details that distinguish this house: built-in kitchen shelving, built-in bench seating units, a guest bedroom painted a soothing shade of dark blue that features a set of French doors opening onto a small deck, and a converted attic master with an angular concept ceiling and French doors opening onto a balcony.

Paramore topped the Billboard 200 chart with their self-titled studio album in 2013. Their latest studio release is 2017’s After Laughter.
