Retired MLB outfielder Nick Swisher sold his three-bedroom Los Angeles-area residence this spring. The World Series champ took $10.3 million for the Beverly Hills Post Office property. Swisher and his wife, actress JoAnna Garcia, purchased the 6,780 square-footer for $5.95 million in late 2019.

The house is located in the Hidden Hills community, and sits on a 1.09-acre lot. It’s something of a French Riviera transplant, with a stucco exterior, casements embellished with shutters, a set of French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony, lantern sconces, and a privacy gate and stone steps as a preamble to entry.

Highlights of the interiors include a wood-paneled library, a glass-enclosed dayroom, and a wet bar. The outdoor living area abuts a hillside. The exceedingly private recreation spot features a large patio complex with a pool, a spa, and a step-up sun deck.
