Pro golfer Dustin Johnson—currently at the top of the PGA Tour world ranking—recently sold the Palm Beach Gardens waterfront home he’d owned for over five years. According to public records, Johnson picked up the 2009-built, 12,293 sq. ft. home in 2015 for $4.95 million and renovated it; the recent selling price was $16.5 million.

The home’s waterfront side features upper-floor terraces and a ground-level covered outdoor living area, with a pool at the center of it all and frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway—a long dock for yacht service extending into it—as the icing on the cake. On the landward side, a large motor court, a front patio, and another second-floor terrace.

The estate boasts seven bedrooms and nine baths in its 13,293 sq. ft. of living area; a guest house completes the accommodations. Amenities on the 1.72-acre property include a putting and chipping green with British Open bunkering for challenge, as well as a spa room and outdoor shower.

Johnson has won the 2016 U.S. Open and the 2020 Masters Tournament.
