Actor Shawn Hatosy picked up a modern Mediterranean-style home in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Larchmont Village this month. Hatosy—whose film work includes substantial roles in Public Enemy and The Cooler—paid $2.3 million for the 2,333 square foot, five-bedroom home.

The house went up in 2017, and offers interiors with wide-plank hardwood floors, an open shared living area with a fireplace, and a high-end kitchen with a center island and mosaic tile backsplashes. A wall of fold-away glass opens to the property’s deck.

The bedrooms offer plentiful glass; the master overlooks the back of the property, where a pool extends to a small studio pool house, currently purposed as a detached guest bedroom.
