The latest custom vehicle to roll out of McLaren Special Operations is this visually striking one-off, the 675LT.

The 675LT was developed in honor of the classic F1 GTR, which is where its color scheme originates: the Gulf-Davidoff racing livery. The car is the result of 1,000 hours of work; the intricate paint job was 800 hours in the making.

Designed with a specific customer in mind, the McLaren 675LT started out in concept with a standard single color. But the custom livery is really what defines the vehicle. The interior styling follows through from the exterior, setting off the paint job with Carbon Black Alcantara MSO custom racing seats and orange seatbelts.

But there’s more to the story of this car than its paint job. McLaren’s customization experts added a number of MSO parts like a carbon fiber airbrake, louvered front wings, a roof scoop upgrade, and 20-spoke Dayglo Orange wheels to complete the bespoke build.

The road-legal vehicle is as powerful as it is beautiful: its twin-turbocharged engine produces a beastly 666 horsepower, and 516 pound-feet of torque. The car can make the zero-to-62 leap in a blistering 2.9 seconds, and reach a top speed of 205 mph.
