TV show creator Bill Lawrence and his wife, actress Christa Miller, have picked up a Manhattan apartment for $7.55 million.

The three bedroom, 3.5-bath unit is located above Broadway, stretches to 2,693 square feet, and boasts a number of luxe features that begin with a luxuriously appointed marble-floored foyer. A powder room and a walk-in coat closet are situated near the entrance, enhancing a formal period feel influenced by the limestone building’s early 20th century vintage.

Beyond gallery halls, the open-concept kitchen flow very naturally through the dining space and into the living room. At nearly 40 feet in length, the main living space stands out with large sash windows, and light chevron oak floors; elsewhere, oak plank is used for a less ostentatious look. The kitchen is minimalist and chic with top-of-the-line appliances and thick marble countertops. Additional amenities like heated marble floors, floor-to-ceiling fluted marble panels, and an advanced home automation system give the unit an undeniably contemporary soul.

Building amenities include a games room, a screening room, a golf simulator, and a yoga studio.

Lawrence is best known for creating hit shows “Scrubs” and “Cougar Town”; Christa Miller roles include a recurring supporting part in “Scrubs,” and the upcoming feature “Breaking In.”
