Caryl Englander—the wife of billionaire Israel Englander—has been revealed as the buyer of one of the more expensive residential properties in Midtown Manhattan. She purchased the combination unit for a little more than $60 million.

The building—432 Park Avenue—is a 96 story monster that rises nearly 1,400 feet from the pavement between 56th and 57th Streets. 432 Park holds the current record for tallest residential building in the world, eclipsing the 1,358 feet of Dubai’s Princess Tower, but soon to be eclipsed by Mumbai’s World One, which is expected to be completed this year and will reach 1,450′ heavenward.

There are 104 units in 432 Park, and other recent buyers who’ve snapped up apartments within include Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez; the couple purchased a 69th-floor unit recently, spending well over $15 million for the keys for their residence, which measures a little more than 4,000 square feet.

Englander’s unit is considerably more expansive, measuring in at 8,200 square feet, and bested in size only by the building’s crown jewel penthouse, purchased in 2016 by Saudi billionaire Fawaz Alhokair for very close to $88 million.

Englander’s unit closed in December of last year. There are at least six bedrooms and six baths throughout. The two units that comprise the apartment are believed to occupy the entire 91st floor of the building.
