Legendary MLB pitcher Randy Johnson recently re-listed his villa in Scottsdale, Arizona for $16.5 million.

Johnson has had a difficult time finding the right buyer for his 25,000-square-foot Paradise Valley mega-mansion. In fact, the seven-bedroom, 12-bath home first landed on the market in September 2014 with a $25-million price tag. Hoping to reel in the perfect buyer, the former Arizona Diamondbacks Hall of Famer slashed his ask once again by $3 million.

The extravagant Mediterranean-style home is located on 5 acres and boasts a recording studio, music room, and home theater. The interiors are full-bore ornate, with columns, crown moldings, carved wood, wrought iron, and period Italian- and Spanish-inflected flourishes.

Hardwood floors, tile, and soaring ceilings distinguish the large living spaces, which are ideal for entertaining. The property exterior features landscaping with a luxurious arbor, as well as a tennis court, pool, 1,800-square-foot fitness facility, and two-bedroom guesthouse.

Johnson, who retired in 2009, was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2015.
