Actor Don Cheadle and partner, designer Bridgid Coulter, have put their Venice, California, home back on the market for $2.445 million.

The star of the upcoming “Avengers: Infinity War” first listed his ultra-contemporary residence about two years ago, but it failed to find the right buyer. Now the modern and industrial-influenced 2,400-square-foot home is available once again.

The home is situated in the Oxford Triangle neighborhood, and boasts significant updates and revisions: a rooftop deck and a second-story addition top the list. Coulter imagined the renovations, which included raising the ceilings and expanding the 800-square-foot bungalow into a sizable home.

Standout design elements of the three-and-three include an open living room and dining space, a chef’s kitchen, and light hardwood floors. The master suite features a nicely-proportioned walk-in closet and a separate sitting room.

In addition to his roles in “Ocean’s Eleven” and “The Guard,” Cheadle has appeared in four Marvel films as James Rhodes, aka “War Machine.” He also wrote, directed and starred in 2015’s ‘Miles Ahead,’ a long-overdue biopic about seminal jazz musician Miles Davis.
