Actor Tim Daly has collected $1.95 million in the sale of his Santa Monica condominium.

The “Wings” actor’s Los Angeles-area home is located in a loft-style building and holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit made quite the impression, as it was listed as a pending sale just a week after hitting the market.

The 1,730-square-foot condo features open-plan living spaces complete with an ultra-modern kitchen boasting custom cabinetry. Unique features like high ceilings with exposed ductwork and a sliding roll-top door leading to a private terrace add an industrial feel to the space.

Both bedrooms are of fairly good size, in addition to the two private terraces offering outdoor living spaces perfect for an alfresco breakfast.

Daly, who currently stars as Henry McCord on CBS’s “Madam Secretary,” purchased the condominium for $1.075 million eight years ago. His other TV credits include roles in “The Sopranos,” “The Mindy Project,” and “Hot in Cleveland.”
