The creator of Freeform’s hit show “Pretty Little Liars” has just listed her Los Angeles-area home for just under $4.5 million.

Set up above Sunset Strip, I. Marlene King and her wife Shari Rosenthal’s home was built in the 1920s and spans roughly 3,500 square feet. The pair picked up the clapboard-sided and shuttered colonial for $1.65 million back in 2003, so they are set to make quite a profit.

The beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath home sits on nearly one-third of an acre and boasts a number of floor-to-ceiling, 15-pane windows. Additional features like a reclaimed-brick fireplace, original leaded glass, a sunroom, and a renovated kitchen with black countertops give the home its own uniquely inviting aesthetic.

In addition to the updated living areas, the home also boasts a spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a sitting area, and a cottage-inspired bathroom with a claw-footed tub.

Writer/producer King is also the creator of one of Freeform’s newest dramas, “Famous in Love.”
