Celebrity chef Bobby Flay has just reduced the price of his NYC apartment. Located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Chelsea, the property is now asking $6.5 million.

The culinary expert first listed his Chelsea Mercantile duplex after announcing his split from ex-wife Stephanie March back in October 2015. The 3,256-square-foot unit was initially listed at nearly $8 million.
