Classic Motor Cars has taken one of the rarest Jaguars ever made and added its own unique twist to an incredible restoration project.

This special Jaguar XK120 is the only one of its kind that was produced by Pininfarina in 1954. Now, the vehicle has been completely restored after an arduous process involving remaking several elements and trying to find the original paint color.

CMC was tireless in its careful restoration, and while a number of original parts were located, the tuner had to remake several components, including the bumpers and chrome work. Thanks to advanced tech, the tuner used a scanner to mock up the design of the lights before 3D printing them.

Because the car had been painted burgundy at some point, the team at CMC searched long and hard for a spot of the original hue, finding a small section of original paint under the front screen. The section was matched to help reproduce the sleek look of the beautiful Jaguar XK120.
