Hyperloop One COO and CFO Brent Callinicos has just purchased an L.A.-area Irish-country-style home for $10.5 million. The previous owners of the property was the former chairman of Paramount Television Group, Kerry McCluggage, and his wife Victoria.

Located in La Cañada Flintridge, the  house dates to 1929, but it’s been renovated and rebuilt to stretch to roughly 11,300 square feet. The rebuild was a sensitive one, however, and the home retains much of its period identity in limestone flooring, stone fireplaces, carved wood flourishes, and mahogany walls.

The spacious five-bedroom estate features a number of amenities ideal for entertaining, including a glass-domed dayroom, a bar, a billiard room, and a screening room. A mahogany-paneled elevator connects all three floors.

Outside, residents and guests alike will enjoy a swimming pool, a three-hole pitch and putt, and an outdoor kitchen, in addition to a two-story guesthouse.

Before joining the high-speed transportation start-up in 2016, Callinicos worked as the CFO at Uber between 2013 and 2015.
