Louis Vuitton has introduced an impeccable new watch that is sure to turn heads. The Tambour watch line now features the Tambour Moon Flying Tourbillon “Poinçon De Genève.”

The new timepiece is deserving of its name, with an open-worked build and a Geneva Seal-approved one-minute flying tourbillon. Fittingly, “Tambour,” which is French for “drum,” was chosen, and a look at the case will tell you why.

The French fashion house opted for a 42.5mm platinum case that boasts an inward curve and 164 feet of water resistance. La Fabrique du Temps designed and constructed the hand-wound LV97 movement, made of 180 components; the unit offers an 80-hour power reserve from a single barrel.

The skeletonized movement might be the most mesmerizing element of the watch, but LV is allowing buyers to personalize some elements of the watch, and add their own selected point of focus. For example, customers can opt to replace the LV at 9 o’clock with their own monogram.

Each of Louis Vuitton’s Tambour Moon Flying Tourbillon “Poinçon De Genève” timepieces will be made to order, and pricing is available upon request.
