Hollywood actor Gerard Butler is looking to rent out his home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. Butler is asking for $15,000 per month for the rental.

The Spanish Revival-style house cost Butler $3.25 million when he scooped up the property back in 2008. The option to rent the stunner comes after its recent $4.4-million October listing didn’t receive a qualifying offer.

Situated on a Los Feliz cul-de-sac, the four-bedroom, four-bath home boasts a living room-style outer courtyard, and a restored interior completed by designer Elvis Restanio. However, Restanio did keep and revitalize many of the special architectural elements, such as the ceiling beams, terra cotta roofing, arched windows, and tile work. He also added a modern sound system throughout, a digital screening room, and a top-of-the-line security system.

In addition to the charming courtyard, the exterior also features a plunge pool and spa.

Butler played King Leonidas in the blockbuster hit “300.” The 47-year-old actor has also been a hit in many Rom-Com films, including “The Phantom of the Opera,” “P.S. I Love You,” “The Bounty Hunter,” and “The Ugly Truth.” Butler has also starred in other action films, such as “Gods of Egypt,” “Olympus has Fallen,” and  “London Has Fallen.”
