Florence Henderson’s residence has come up for sale. The actor—best known as preternaturally poised prime-time mom Carol Brady—passed away last November. Her home is being marketed with an asking price of $2.795 million. Henderson and her husband purchased the home in 2000. The couple paid a little over $1 million for the property.

The house—situated in Marina del Rey—measures a little under 3,250 square feet, and contains three bedrooms and three baths. It’s an unassuming design, inside and out, with traditional, Mediterranean, and modern elements.

The layout of the common living areas is open, with easy flow between the kitchen, and living and dining rooms; the ceiling incorporates a divider between the kitchen and the rest of the space. The dining room features a recessed ceiling, centered by a chandelier. The library and media room is accessible through a set of French doors, and features textured wallpaper. The home includes an office, and a small room currently purposed as a fitness room, with outdoor access. The property exterior includes an small patio and garden area.

The home is carpeted, or tile-floored, throughout. Tones are generally beige, with the master suite coming across a little warmer. The suite works a fireplace and sitting room into the design, and features a bath with dual sinks and soaking tub.

Apart from her career-defining role on ‘The Brady Bunch’, Henderson’s acting career included roles in films ‘For Heaven’s Sake’ (2008), and ‘Fifty Shades of Black’ (2016).
