Legendary ABC and ESPN sportscaster Brent Musberger is looking to offload his Jupiter, Florida, home for $2.45 million. He purchased the estate in 1995 for $1.345 million.

The lakefront property is located in the Loxahatchee Club and measures in at 4,700 square feet. The 1994-built house holds four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and there is also an additional guesthouse on the grounds.

Musberger is semi-retired, having left ESPN this past January following the college football season. He is currently working on his own sports/gambling radio project that airs on SiriusXM and live streams from the South Point Casino in Las Vegas.

Musberger will be honored with the lifetime achievement award at the Sports Emmy Awards this coming May, following a decades-long career as one of the iconic voices of numerous historic moments in sports.
