Former CEO of Avon, Andrea Jung, has put her massive Park Avenue condo on the market for a shade under $18 million after owning the property for less than six months.

Jung scooped up the 5,702-square-foot space last July for just over $17.6 million.

Current listing notes explain that the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom condo has never been lived in though it does feature luxury furnishings already, such as hand-painted kitchen cabinetry and onyx and marble features in the master bathroom. Additionally, the pad comes with 50 feet of Park Avenue views.

Jung also owns a duplex in a co-op just down the street on Park Avenue that she listed for $13.5 million last September.

Jung is currently the CEO of Grameen America, which is a non-profit company that offers microfinance loans. She was the first female CEO of Avon, with her reign lasting from 1999 to 2012.
