Longtime NFL coach Norv Turner has finally offloaded his beachfront condominium in the Mission Beach neighborhood of San Diego for $1.35 million.

The single-floor unit takes up the top floor of a beachside building and measures in at 1,500 square feet. It holds three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a private elevator to enter the space.

A pair of decks and a rooftop patio offer beach views and are perfect spaces for entertaining and lounging around in the stunning San Diego weather. There is also a detached two-car garage included in the sale.

Turner spent $1.2 million to acquire the property four years ago and had, at one point, asked as much as $1.549 million for it.

The 64-year-old was the head coach of the San Diego Chargers from 2007 to 2012, racking up a record of 56-40 and winning a trio of AFC West Division titles. Overall, Turner has spent 32 seasons in the NFL as a head coach and an assistant. He recently resigned from his post as the offensive coordinator of the Minnesota Vikings.
