While swimming icon Michael Phelps added six more Olympic medals—five gold and one silver—to his storied career at the 2016 Rio games earlier last month, he also quietly offloaded his partially detached townhouse in the Canton area of Baltimore, Maryland, for $960,000.

The three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome boasts exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and a three-sided steel-covered fireplace between the double-height dining and living rooms. There is also a large kitchen with a polished concrete, double-wide center island and top-of-the-line appliances

Outside, Phelps’ former home features a rooftop terrace with wrap-around views of downtown Baltimore and a wet bar. There is also a rooftop pavilion with a hot tub to relax in.

Phelps acquired the townhouse for $1,030,000 in 2012, meaning he took a slight loss on the sale of the home.

The 28-time Olympic medalist, 23 of which are gold medals, is the most awarded Olympian ever, and the record holder for Olympic medals in individual events with 16 and Olympic gold medals in individual events with 13.

The most recent flag bearer for Team USA and the face of American Olympics has since retired from competitive swimming and taken on the role of volunteer swim coach at Arizona State University. Phelps, his fiancée, and their baby, Boomer, have relocated to a 6,010-square-foot home in the popular Paradise Valley neighborhood of Scottsdale, Arizona, that the swimmer shelled out $2.53 million for last year.
