Actor and musician Joey Lawrence has just lowered the price of his Los Angeles home.

First listed three months ago for about $2.25 million, the star’s house located in a Calabasas suburb is now available for just under $2.15 million. The Mediterranean home is certainly worthy of its owner with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

Spanning 4,600 square feet, the former child star’s Spanish Colonial home boasts polished terracotta tile floors, a step-down living room with a wood-beamed ceiling, a stone-tile-accented fireplace, and French doors.

Purchased for roughly $1.44 million in December 2011, the home also includes a skylit lounge opening to a covered patio, a main-floor bedroom that’s been converted to a gym, and a master suite complete with a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace, two walk-in closets, and a tiled bathroom.

The backyard is luxurious, too, with tropical plants, manicured lawns, resort-style lighting, a trellis-shaded dining terrace, a built-in barbecue station, and a swimming pool and spa backed by a tiled waterfall.

Lawrence was known as a heartthrob on the early-1990s sitcom “Blossom” and later went on to appear on the ABC Family series “Melissa & Joey.”
