Las Vegas is known for its over-the-top entertainment and luxurious homes, but now there’s one particular Las Vegas penthouse that’s available for $22 million, and it comes complete with a Picasso and a Lamborghini.

The impressive townhouse is wow-worthy itself at the top of the 59-story Palms Place Hotel, and that’s without the added supercar, artwork, and free tickets to sporting events. At 6,230 square feet, there is plenty of space for four bedrooms and six bathrooms, in addition to a DJ booth, several sound systems, and 30 televisions.

The entirety of the full-floor penthouse stretches to a whopping 27,000 square feet and is equipped with plenty of outdoor entertaining areas and space to accommodate a helipad. Additional amenities include a private elevator, up to 30-foot-tall ceilings, and a 20-person hot tub.

Of course, if all those luxe amenities aren’t enough, a two-year lease on a Lamborghini Huracan, an original lithograph of Pablo Picasso’s “Le Vieux Roi,” an etching of Salvador Dalí’s “Leaf Woman,” and two free tickets to certain events at the T-Mobile Arean certainly sweeten the deal.

Phil Maloof, the unit owner and member of the family who developed the tower, tried to unload the penthouse apartment in 2014 for $38 million and relisted it in 2015 for $29 million before putting it back on the market recently.
