Singer and producer Marc Anthony has reduced the price of his Los Angeles mansion after nearly a year on the market. The Grammy-winning artist’s Tarzana mansion is now available for $3.899 million.

First listed at $4.35 million and then reduced to $4.125 million before its most recent discounting, Anthony’s house did have a prospective buyer at one point, but the deal never made it through escrow. The star actually never lived in the impressive five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home that was built in January of 2015.

The 6,500-square-foot white clapboard home sports wide-plank mahogany floorboards, a spacious combination formal living and dining room, French doors, and a large master suite complete with a private terrace, a walk-in closet, and a marble bathroom with a claw-footed soaking tub and a steam shower.

Anthony’s New England traditional home has a uniquely west-coast twist with an entertainment-friendly swimming pool and spa, a fire pit, a bar with a built-in grill and beverage fridge, and a gazebo with views of the San Fernando Valley.

The singer sold one of his other properties, an Encino estate, last year for $2.425 million, and Anthony failed to unload an impressive Long Island home that he finally took off the market this June.
