Satya Nadella, Microsoft’s Chief Executive Officer, has just sold his Seattle-area home for $2.775 million. Considering the high-ranking exec purchased the home for $1.385 million in 2000, he nearly doubled his money in the sale.

Located in the Clyde Hill area, the 1960s home went on the market in January with a $3.488-million price tag. Although it sold for a reduced price, the updated 4,050-square-foot home with polished concrete, ceramic floors, exposed steel beams, and bold lines certainly is luxurious.

The centerpiece of the home is the two-story glass wall that features incomparable views of Lake Washington, Mt. Olympus, and downtown Seattle. Yet, the two floors of living space with dining rooms, a family room, and an updated kitchen with wood cabinetry offer plenty of room for entertaining.

In the rest of the home, the new owner will enjoy four bedrooms, three baths, and two fireplaces, in addition to lush landscaping, rolling lawns, and a two-car garage.

Nadella has worked for Microsoft since 1992 and was named CEO in 2014.
