Billy Joel is ready to move on from his Manalapan vacation house just south of West Palm Beach, Florida, as quickly as possible as the Piano Man dropped the asking price $2 million, lowering the listing price to $27 million.

Joel snapped up the 13,200-square-foot mansion two years ago for $11.8 million and put it up for sale just last year for $29 million, but he quickly took it off the market without a sale.

The listing is actually selling two lots, including a vacant lot next to the musician’s home. The property also includes 150 feet of waterway frontage with a private dock, which is accessed by a boardwalk leading to the beach. Other perks are a shell-shaped hot tub, a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, and a four-car garage.

Joel is eager to unload the property so he is offering up both the seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom main manse and the two-bedroom guest home fully furnished.
