The house of the late Hollywood director Wes Craven is now available to purchase. Although it’s not located on Elm Street, the Hollywood Hills home is beautiful enough to earn itself a $3.295-million listing price.

Craven, who was best known for directing and producing slasher films, lived in the mid-century modern home before he passed last year. With exposed-beam ceilings, an expansive and open floor plan, and walls of windows displaying views of Los Angeles, the home certainly has that star quality.

In fact, actor Steve McQueen lived in the manse before Craven and his wife, movie producer Iya Labunka, took over.

In addition to three beds and three baths, the home sports two offices, a separate guest quarter with its own entrance, and a garden complete with a pergola, fountains, and a saltwater pool and spa.
