Brooke Shields’ Los Angeles-area home is available for rent for $35,000 a month, and the house has a little extra star power as neighbors Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck actually rented the mansion last year while their own house was being renovated.

The American model and actress, who now spends most of her time in New York, obviously doesn’t want her Swiss chalet-style manse in Pacific Palisades to sit empty.

The 5,345-square-foot 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house features a library and study with built-in cabinetry and a master bathroom with a soaking tub, television, fireplace, and fainting couch.

The gated property also has a Blue Lagoon-style pool to go along with treetop views and a wooded yard.
