The director known for the “Hunger Games” and Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” video has just listed his Los Angeles home. Francis Lawrence’s fully restored 1930s traditional in the Westwood area is now available for $5.3 million.

The Austrian filmmaker originally purchased the five-bedroom, five-bath property in June 2005 for $3.85 million. Spanning more than 5,700 square feet set on more than one-third of an acre, the home features a large master suite, a covered terrace, a gym, and a private office.

Styled with light neutrals, the living spaces feature abundant natural light that highlights the spacious formal dining room and separate family room complete with a built-in entertainment center. The modern kitchen also opens to a terrace with a grilling station and a super-private swimming pool surrounded by foliage.

Last summer, Lawrence paid $8.75 million for a brand-new, 7,100-square-foot Brentwood home that’s located near other celebrity homes.
